Meet Kaylee

I help women who are planning a pregnancy in the next 6-12 months hone their nutrition and lifestyle so they can flourish in pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. 

All About Me

As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I know the importance of food and lifestyle on health outcomes. When I was preparing for my pregnancies, I searched for advice for how to best prepare my body for the toll of pregnancy. Even asking my primary care physician, who plainly suggested to take any prenatal vitamin. In the end, there was little advice other than to "eat a healthy diet".  

After life circumstances lead me into the world of functional nutrition, I learned the vast importance of nutrition on pregnancy outcomes. And how specific dietary interventions could set a woman for a healthy pregnancy and postpartum. And how preconception nutrition impacts long-term health outcomes for the child -- even before conception!

 

I have since shifted my entire practice towards educating women on how to harness the power of food and nutrition to support healthy menstrual cycles and go into pregnancy nourished. Since 2021, I have helped women prepare for pregnancy, balance hormones, and reconnect with foods that nourish them fully. 

If I'm not behind my computer, you can find me in my garden. I love growing all kinds of things from veggies to flowers. But my favorite thing to watch grow are my three precious children and the love in our family. It's an honor to be a mom and the wife to my handsome hubby.
